About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Fraud Operations Analyst who brings a high level of intelligence and emotional intelligence. This role offers the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment within a rapidly growing team. The Fraud Operations team reviews suspicious activity flagged by our fraud detection system or escalated from Customer Support agents. Analysts will block users deemed fraudulent or risky, clear false positive flags, monitor for new trends in fraudulent behavior, and evolve policies and procedures to stay ahead of fraudsters. The position is a non‑exempt hourly role, available full‑time on the Sunday‑Thursday shift (8:00am‑4:30pm Central Time).

Compensation

Contractor: $1,500 - $2,000USD gross per month.
