Job Title: Fraud Analyst/Fraud Operations Specialist
Location: Vienna, VA or Winchester, VA
Work model: hybrid, onsite 3 days (2 days remote)
Pay Rate: Open to W2
Position Type: Multiyear Contract
Candidates must be able to pass both a credit and criminal background check. This role requires candidates with 2-5 years of professional experience.
Key skills for this role include fraud detection and investigation, data analysis, communication and documentation.
This role will focus on protecting the organization and its members from financial fraud, account abuse, forgery, and suspicious activity. The individual monitors transactions, identifies fraud patterns, investigates potential fraud cases, documents findings, coordinates with security teams, and helps improve fraud detection processes and controls.
