Job Description:Job: Framing Prefabrication ManagerThis role will be responsible for leading and managing the production operations for our prefabrication team on our wood frame projects. You will oversee planning, production scheduling, fabrication, quality control, logistics / delivery coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a key role in ensuring that CapWest meets its high standards of on-time delivery, efficiency, accuracy, and quality in our framing prefabrication process.About the Company:CapWest provides prefabbed wall panels for our multi-family wood frame construction projects.
