**Job Title: FPI / NDT Inspector**
**Job Description**
This role performs fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI) and related non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure aerospace products meet all dimensional and quality requirements. You will set up and calibrate inspection equipment, conduct and document tests, interpret results in line with quality procedures, and support audits and customer requirements while maintaining a safe, organized work area.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain accurate inspection and test logs in accordance with quality department procedures.
+ Set up and calibrate inspection and test equipment, ensuring it operates within required specifications.
+ Operate and maintain fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI) testing equipment in line with internal and external procedures.
+ Examine and test materials and products for surface defects such as cracks, pits, and incomplete welds.
