Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial insight and performance visibility across Europe, enabling decision‑making and alignment with Carboline and RPM objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis as a strategic business partner to senior leadership.
• Lead the budget and forecasting processes across Europe, ensuring alignment between ACT, GTO, and STD and challenging regional assumptions.
