FP&A Lead

Full-time Catering / hospitality

Role purpose

Partner with Sales and Finance teams to drive commercial performance through financial analysis, profitability reporting, pricing governance, forecasting, and business insights that support strategic decision-making.

Main responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze sales volume, shipment, depletion, and market share performance.
• Lead forecasting activities and support S&OP and business planning processes.
• Manage pricing governance, approvals, and pricing execution controls.
• Analyze profitability, gross profit, and revenue drivers across customers, channels, and SKUs.
• Prepare financial reports, performance dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting governance, and continuous improvement of commercial financial processes.
