The right FP&A Analyst will be a proactive individual who is looking to play a key role in supporting the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
The FP&A Analyst will collaborate across departments to provide critical financial insights that drive business decisions.
This position will report directly to the CFO.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Analyze actual financial performance compared to budget and forecasts, identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports to present to management, highlighting key variances and business drivers.
