The Plant Supervisor will implement and execute production for a less complex plant. We seek a professional to ensure responsibilities meet standards for safety, quality, efficiency and financial performance.
Key Accountabilities
Monitor and provide guidance on all aspects of the overall operational management of a less complex plant. Administer production budget for a department, process or shift. Monitor deliverables to ensure customer and product/quality standards are met within specifications. Execute day-to-day operations, ensuring direct reports follow policies and procedures related to employee safety and food/feed safety.
