Job Description
Foundry Senior Engineer – responsible for leading product volume ramp up under new technology introduction (NTI), foundry process transfers, and new fab enablement.
Responsibilities
- Supplier Management: Manage relationships with external foundries in supporting NPI to volume Production LifeCycle.
- Yield & Quality Engineering: Drive yield improvement programs, process control, defect reduction, and technical reviews with foundry partners.
- Technology Transfer: Close collaboration with R&D groups and Qualify New Product Introduction (NPI) ramps and technology transfers from R&D to high-volume manufacturing.
- Volume Ramp: Front end process safe launch owner. Closely work with foundries at ramp up phase and drive for manufacturability and yield improvement.
- Customer: Interface with key customers on critical projects.
