Job Description
Composio is seeking a recruiting lead to own sourcing for all roles, including technical screens and building a complete recruiting playbook. You will partner with engineering and GTM to translate hiring needs into target profiles and screening criteria.
You will also own pipeline metrics, drive improvements in conversion and time-to-offer, and automate outreach and reporting using AI tools. A strong background in process design and developer community engagement is preferred.
