Job Description
We're hiring our first growth hire at Look Atlas.
Right now our lead follow-up is automated, and honestly it's leaving money on the table. We want a human who can actually talk to people and close them.
What you'll own:
- Reply to our leads, run the conversation, close the deal
- Run live product demos — this is the heart of the role
- Once the sales motion clicks: social, LinkedIn, influencer & sponsorship outreach, research
You're probably a fit if:
- Your written English is clean and your spoken English is confident, you can carry a demo without notes
- You've closed something before (SaaS, agency, freelance, doesn't matter, just show me you can turn a maybe into a yes)
- You're scrappy, self-directed, and genuinely fine wearing multiple hats at a small team
- Bonus: you’ve got a marketing bone: you can make a post people actually stop scrolling for
