Job Description
C&D Talent Advisory is seeking a Hardware Lead in Zürich to build and own the hardware function from the ground up. You’ll define strategy, own robotic platforms, and guide build‑versus‑buy decisions while remaining hands-on in the first year.
You’ll lead cross‑functional hardware efforts across mechanical, electrical, and EM systems, collaborating with founders on tech strategy and shaping the company’s hardware foundations for scale.
