About the Role
This is not a conventional Executive Assistant role.
This is a Founder’s Office position for a new-age FoodTech / D2C venture .
You will work directly with the Founder on building and scaling a modern consumer brand — combining product, distribution, branding, and technology.
Your role will cut across strategy, execution, product thinking, and market understanding .
One day could involve analyzing D2C brands or quick commerce trends.
Another could mean coordinating launches, working with vendors, or preparing for key meetings.
If you enjoy building, learning, and operating in ambiguity , this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Work closely with the Founder on building and scaling a Food/D2C brand
Conduct deep research on D2C brands, consumer trends, pricing, and competition
Analyze channels like Blinkit, Instamart, Amazon, and offline retail
Use AI tools to create structured notes, product ideas, and growth experiments
