Salary: NJC Scale 2/3 Points 3-6, 28 hours per week, term time 193 days only
£15,904 to £16,669 (Pro rata from £24,796-£25,989)
Initial Fixed Term Contract for 1 academic year
Having secured external funding through KCC’s Communities of Schools we are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work closely with a Key Stage 3, Foundation Skills specialist pathway class.
The role will involve working with students aged 11 - 14 who have a range of learning difficulties and/or disabilities with many of the students having Education Health Care Plans.
The successful candidate will be ideally confident to support student learning experiences across all areas of need and work with our specialist SEND teachers in and out of classrooms.
