What You'll Do:
- Install, repair, and maintain foundation support systems
- Perform structural and foundation stabilization work
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Read work orders and follow project specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe job site
- Work closely with field crews to complete projects on schedule
What We're Looking For:
- Construction, foundation, concrete, or heavy labor experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Safety-focused with excellent teamwork skills
