Job Description
Drive impactful change for children in foster care at Enviros as the Program Supervisor. Ensure high-quality care, enhance team performance, and support families in vulnerable situations.
As a Program Supervisor for the Foster Care initiative at Enviros, you will lead a devoted team of Family Support Practitioners and promote positive outcomes for children. You will oversee the program's delivery in alignment with organizational values and foster relationships that ensure the stability and well-being of youth in care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead delivery of the Foster Care program effectively
• Train and supervise Family Support Practitioners
• Manage case planning and day-to-day care decisions
• Support foster parents through critical incidents
• Facilitate Foster Parent Support and Education Meetings
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Services or related field
• Supervisory experience in child-focused settings
• Experience with family work and trauma
