About the job
We are building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams improve performance through a deep understanding of how work actually happens. Customers get excited after the first demo. Forward Deployed Engineers turn that excitement into adoption, retention, and growth.
This is a technical, customer-facing role at the intersection of customer success, engineering, product, and go-to-market.
What you’ll do
- Own the customer journey: Setup, onboarding, adoption, and long-term success.
- Shorten time-to-value: Move customers from demo to value quickly.
- Work hands‑on with customers to configure Reflow for their real life use cases and turn their data into meaningful information to help them data driven business decisions.
