Responsibilities
- Design and build production AI features such as retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows and conversational interfaces
- Develop robust evaluation systems to validate, test and continuously monitor AI performance
- Integrate AI capabilities into client systems and ensure robust engineering for real-world enterprise use
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to refine designs and provide early feedback
- Contribute to team knowledge and best practices through thorough code reviews and internal sharing
