Job Description
Our client, in ice cream foods manufacturing is seeking a **Formulation Food Scientist** to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, working knowledge in use of ingredients, formulation, process, and product design principles as well as supply chain knowledge which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ**
**Contract: 6 - 18 Months**
**Pay Range: $28 - $37 hourly**

+ Execute and lead R&D activities to support innovation, renovation, quality improvement, and cost optimization initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in full within cross-functional teams.
+ Design and develop food products independently against defined briefs, including prototype creation, scale-up, shelf-life evaluation, and analytical testing.
