The Profit Center Team is looking for a FORMULA DEVELOPER to continue feeding the pipeline and executing cost saving initiatives both at a preliminary phase and industrially
**Main Objectives are**:
1. Co Create new Reformulation opportunities to feed productivity pipeline (preliminary study, valorization with business case)
2. Prototype validation at pilot scale
3. Scale up formulation opportunities at industrial scale
4. Follow up of designated projects to launch successfully (on time in full)
5. Co Build the Team Deliverables along the year to capitalize internal strat plan Principales KPI ́S Projects OTIF (on time in full) New projects proposition and put in place Addi CO Alternative suppliers identified and assessed Techno push and scouting initiatives aligned with productivity projects
About you
**Academic background**: Graduate studies in Engineering (Food, Chemistry) or equivalent.
