Job Summary
Local food manufacturer in Fairport, NY is seeking experienced forklift drivers for 12-hour (2-2-3 schedule) A shift and 8-hour B shifts. This is a full time, temp to hire position. Strict GMP protocols will need to be followed.
Duties
Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouseUse RF scanners and other warehouse management systems to move, locate, relocate, stack and count inventoryLoad and unload and palletize shipments efficiently while adhering to general and food safety protocols and heavy lifting guidelinesAssist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring safe unload and movement of raw materials throughout the facicilityHandle materials with care during storage, retrieval, and movement to prevent damageMaintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse workspace to promote safety and efficien...
