Safe Forklift Operation

• Operate various types of forklifts (e.g., reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently in confined spaces and cold environments.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections of the forklift (e.g., battery charge, controls, brakes, tires) and report any mechanical issues immediately.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and traffic rules within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and organized forklift, including battery charging and maintenance.
• Operate the forklift in a manner that prevents damage to products, racking, equipment, and the facility structure.
• Be aware of pedestrian traffic and other equipment operators in the area at all times.
