Job Description
We are currently recruiting a forklift driver to join a small and friendly food manufacturing business based near Wainfleet.
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday
- Up to 12‑hour shifts
- Working between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm
- £13.61 per hour for all hours worked
- Some Saturday's may be required
Duties Include
- Stacking finished goods
- Following daily production schedules
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and hygiene
- Following Health & Safety and company procedures
- Supporting waste reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
- Working effectively as part of a team
Requirements
- Forklift driving experience in food production
- Reliable and committed with a strong work ethic
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
