**Forklift Operator - Harvest Operations**
**Durant, IA | $20-$21/hr + $50 Weekly Attendance Bonus**
We're looking for experienced forklift operators to support a busy harvest operation running **24/7 from August through February** .
**Pay**
+ **$20.00/hr Days**
+ **$21.00/hr Nights**
+ **$50/week Attendance Bonus** for working all scheduled shifts
**Schedule**
+ **12-hour shifts**
+ Train on **Days for 4 weeks** , then rotate to **Nights for 4 weeks**
+ Ongoing day/night rotation throughout the season
**Qualifications**
+ **Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment**
+ Experience safely handling and moving product in high-volume operations
+ Ability to stack and retrieve materials at heights of up to **30 feet**
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
