About Our Client
Our Client manufactures heavy-duty buckets, attachments and components for earthmoving and construction equipment. They are seeking an experienced Foreperson to lead daily workshop operations at their Archerfield facility.
What you will be doing
As a Workshop Foreperson, you will be responsible for the below duties:
- Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations
- Allocate work to fabrication, welding, fitting and assembly teams
- Plan workflow and prioritise jobs to meet production timeframes
- Monitor the manufacture of buckets, attachments and heavy equipment components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication plans
