Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide direct supervision and technical guidance to crews performing maintenance and construction activities on underground distribution systems
• Responsible for coordinating essential personnel on-site for the project to include crew mobilization
• Communicate and enforce all safety regulations, and follow all necessary procedures required
• Read and interpret site plans, construction drawings, and scopes of work
• Manage supplies, materials and equipment, collect DVIR forms from crews, tailboards and complete safety observation briefs in the underground
• Monitoring crew performance, in partnership with Project Management and Field Supervisors/Crew Leads
• Understand and follow detailed construction schedules
