Lead construction projects as a Foreman at Clark Builders in Edmonton, Alberta. Ensure team safety, manage schedules, and achieve project milestones efficiently.
This Foreman position at Clark Builders offers the opportunity to manage a large project starting in Edmonton, with future work near Fort Saskatchewan. You will ensure all safety protocols are adhered to while overseeing the workforce and materials. Strong supervisory skills and the ability to read plans and drawings are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day activities of construction teams
• Help establish work schedules and material quantities
• Enforce safety standards and identify hazards
• Conduct thorough QA/QC checks on site
• Manage RFIs and represent the company professionally
Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years in construction required
• Certification as a Journeyperson Carpenter is advantageous
