Full-time Management & Operations

To meet the production volume as per sales demand. To operate the line according to the approved KPIs of the line.

Main Responsibilities

• Meet the production volume monthly and yearly
• Achieve the target effectively and in a timely manner- target is given by the sales department
• Maintenance of system line efficiencies according to a procedure- includes closing a line and maintaining it
• Approved budget is given weekly and monthly
• Maintenance of spare parts as per requirement
• Run the line according to the approved head count- head count includes structure of number of employees
• Maintenance of head count- should not exceed number of employees mentioned
