Job Description
Engelberth Construction is hiring an experienced Commercial Construction Foreman to lead field crews and support the successful delivery of high-quality commercial construction projects across Vermont. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, safety, and building strong teams.
What You’ll Do:
+ Lead and supervise field crews on active commercial construction sites
+ Coordinate daily work activities and schedules
+ Ensure projects are built to plans, specs, and quality standards
+ Enforce jobsite safety policies and OSHA standards
+ Communicate effectively with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors
+ Train, mentor, and support crew members
+ Assist with material coordination and jobsite logistics
