Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end foreclosure functions to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and investor guidelines
- Monitor regulatory, statutory, and investor guideline changes to ensure timely implementation
- Develop and implement functional reporting to track KPIs and identify areas for improvement
- Oversee relationships with attorneys, vendors, and business partners to monitor service delivery and quality
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Bankruptcy, and Loss Mitigation teams to drive operational efficiencies
