We are looking for a Foreclosure Post Sales Processer for our industry leading specialty law firm client who specializes in the representation of financial institutions, investors, title insurers, housing authorities and select businesses in all matters related to servicing, mortgage banking, consumer finance, title insurance, real estate finance, and the enforcement of mortgage loans.
Your specific duties will include:
The Foreclosure Post Sales Processer is responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
- Completes conveyances to FHA/VA once the foreclosure sale is completed.
- Completes disbursements on foreclosure sales that are sold to a 3rd party and issues the associated Trustee's Deeds.
- Completes Deed in Lieu paperwork and completes the full transaction.
