Job Description
Drive demand insights as a Forecasting Analyst on Mattel's Amazon Sales Team in Canada. Utilize your analytical skills to enhance forecasting accuracy and support inventory management.
As part of Mattel’s Canada Sales organization, you will contribute significantly to topline performance through precise item-level forecasting and strategic shipment planning. Your role will include refining forecasting models based on sales trends and collaborating with Sales and Supply Chain teams to execute in-season strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own item-level forecasts aligned to consumer demand
• Build forecasting models using sales data and trends
• Drive accuracy and implement performance improvements
• Lead discussions in Amazon Joint Business Planning meetings
• Partner with Sales for in-season execution and promotions
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of forecasting or demand planning experience
• Strong analytical skills managing large SKU portfolios
