New hires are required to work fully onsite during the onboarding and training period and may transition to a permanent onsite or temporary WFH setup based on business needs.

Please note that onsite work is determined by company directives, not personal preference. We do not offer a permanent WFH setup.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Relevant experience in Project Management or a similar role in the Video Games or related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of a bug’s life cycle and workflow within a defect tracking database.
• Understanding of QA strategy, QA Plan building and risk management in the context of the QA process.
• Understanding of data driven systems to facilitate decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
