About UsHU WEI ZHAI is a food stall located in a coffee shop with over 50 years of history at Tanglin Halt. We specialize in authentic Shanghai-style Chinese cuisine, serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, noodles, and a variety of traditional Shanghai snacks and dim sum.
Job Responsibilities- Take customer orders and operate the cash register (POS system)；
- Prepare and pack takeaway orders；
- Serve food to customers accurately and efficiently；
- Prepare ingredients and assist with basic food preparation；
- Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of the stall and kitchen area；
- Perform general stall operations and other duties as assigned；
- 6-days/week
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry...
