What You'll Do

Under the direction of the Dietary Services Manager, the Food Service Worker (FSW) is responsible for participating in the preparation and service of safe and nutritious meals to residents, staff and visitors in a pleasant and respectful manner.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

• Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• Current enrollment, or completion of, Food Service Worker Certificate as per O.Reg. 79/10 of the Long Term Care Homes Act, 2007
• Safe Food Handling Certification as per O.Reg 493/17 of the Food Premises Act
• Food service experience, preferably in an institutional setting, is preferred
