Job Description
Food Service Supervisor
Pay: $20.45 to $28.85/hour depending on skill and experience.
Full time, 30 to 35 hours per week.
Location: HAWKSWORTH RESTAURANT Services Inc at 801 West Georgia Street, Vancouver BC V6C1P7.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Qualifications: 1 year minimum experience required.
