Basic Job Responsibilities
- Lead, monitor, and train a group of team members
- Take guests orders on POS register
- Accept payment (cash, debit, credit)
- Handle guest requests
- Prepare, heat, and finish food/beverage items
- Use manual appliances to slice food items
- Portion and wrap foods
- Package take‑out food
- Stock refrigerators and sandwich bars
- Keep records of the quantities of food used/prepped
- Cross train between storefront, drive‑thru, sandwich bar, and baking
