The Food Product Developer will play a key role across all areas of food Research & Development (R&D) and new product development, contributing to the creation and optimization of innovative food products that align with the company’s strategic goals and market demands.
RESPONSABILITIES: • Develop new and re-design current frozen baked goods for Private Label Retail and Food Service. • Develop and maintain product specifications, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and formulations. • Prepare preliminary product costing, nutrition facts tables, and ingredient declarations. • Plan, coordinate, and lead plant trials for new product launches and process...
