We’re actively seeking a temporary Food Manager to become part of our dynamic team at our Deer Park Food Store located in Red Deer.
Position: Food Manager
Term: Temporary position until approximately July 16, 2027 (maternity leave coverage)
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Availability: Weekdays and weekends – mornings, afternoons, and evenings
Responsibilities
- Prepare, administer and be responsible for sales, margin, expenses, inventory and SPEH of all the food stores.
- Ensure food managers adhere to established standards, including safe food handling & sanitation, merchandising, signage, staff appearance housekeeping, health and safety and loss prevention.
- Assist and lead in marketing efforts, set advertising standards and create innovative marketing plans.
- Assess the food division performance, solving customer issues and allocating resources.
