Position Summary

Seek a service‑driven Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee operations, ensure service excellence, and lead a diverse team in a luxury environment.

Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met, inspecting grooming and attire of staff and rectifying any deficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold service standards and maintain high levels of performance.
• Conduct shift briefings in the absence of a Manager to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
• Resolve all complaints during shift and log them appropriately.
• Manage inventory levels and place timely orders to maintain adequate stock.
