Job Summary

Food & Beverage Manager role to oversee restaurant Silverwater and F&B operations at Lobstick Lodge. Full‑time, year‑round, starting July 2026.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide daily oversight to all F&B outlets within assigned property and support other Pursuit properties as needed.
  • Become deeply ingrained in all day‑to‑day operations and logistics of the organization.
  • Adhere to operational needs and meet financial objectives.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Translate vision and strategy into actions designed to grow the business.
  • Provide leadership and coaching that fosters problem solving, teamwork, accuracy, and improved business practices.
  • Understand employee positions and perform duties in their absence.
  • Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
  • Attract, retain, train, coach and mentor superior talent.
