Job Summary
Food & Beverage Manager role to oversee restaurant Silverwater and F&B operations at Lobstick Lodge. Full‑time, year‑round, starting July 2026.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide daily oversight to all F&B outlets within assigned property and support other Pursuit properties as needed.
- Become deeply ingrained in all day‑to‑day operations and logistics of the organization.
- Adhere to operational needs and meet financial objectives.
- Consistently deliver exceptional guest service.
- Translate vision and strategy into actions designed to grow the business.
- Provide leadership and coaching that fosters problem solving, teamwork, accuracy, and improved business practices.
- Understand employee positions and perform duties in their absence.
- Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
- Attract, retain, train, coach and mentor superior talent.
