Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: The Food Access Coordinator will expand the reach of the Y Community Market by conducting outreach and marketing in Y service area communities, connecting food insecure individuals to the market, and delivering food bags to Y Branches and other community sites to increase pantry accessibility. This role will also connect to the Health Related Social Needs Program under MassHealth, assisting clients with food vouchers and meal boxes. Additionally, they will be responsible for the administration and coordination of the Summer Food Services Program and the Child and Adult Care Food Program across all sites. This is an exciting, dynamic role that will expand and shift to meet the needs of the community as it related to food access.
