Job Description
PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking an experienced Front-of-House Supervisor to lead daily service operations in our Singapore venue. You will train staff, manage peak-hour flow, resolve issues, and uphold hygiene and service standards.
You will supervise shifts, mentor new team members, handle customer conflicts professionally, monitor cleanliness and stock, and report daily performance to management to drive service excellence and guest satisfaction. Weekend availability is required.
