The Claims FNOL Associate III serves as the initial contact for basic claims reporting and guides the caller to the appropriate party based on their need and the relevant policy or claim.
Key Responsibilities
Identifies the customer's need and responds appropriately and efficiently with a sense of urgency
Follows established guidelines specific to each claim report or inquiry
Communicates effectively with internal and external customers
Locates, confirms, and documents appropriate information, which may involve multiple systems
Remains current on constant process updates and technology used within the company
Education
High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
Experience
0-2 years experience (preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
