Job Description

Overview

Deliver an exceptional and efficient customer experience by proactively understanding customer needs, providing tailored product solutions, directing customers to the most suitable service channels (including eChannels and selfโ€‘service), and ensuring all interactions align with established policies, processes, and service standards.

This 12โ€‘month hourly rate contract is part of the Department of Home Affairs Initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to transactional needs and expectations.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and explain processes and requirements simply.
  • Ensure compliance with rules, processes, and attention to detail.
