- Operate and maintain flute laminating machines for carton/packaging production
- Ensure proper alignment and bonding of paperboard and flute materials
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the machine
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinate with production team to meet deadlines and output targets
Qualifications
- Experience operating flute laminating or similar machines
- Knowledge in carton box or packaging production is an advantage
- Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Physically fit and willing to work in a production environment
Preferred
- Experience in printing or packaging industry
- Familiarity with different flute types (A, B, C, E flute)...
