JOB OPPORTUNITY – GENERAL OPERATIVE / FLT COUNTERBALANCE OPERATOR
Location: Redditch
We are currently seeking a committed General Operative / FLT Counterbalance Operator to join a well-established chemical manufacturing company based in Redditch.
Pay Rates
- £12.98 per hour – Day Shift
- £16.23 per hour – Late Shift
Working Hours
- Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Friday, 7:00am – 12:00pm - Late Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:45pm – 2:00am
- Availability for both shifts is essential
Role Overview
This is a hands‑on production role within a chemical manufacturing environment, supporting daily operations including packing, bottling, labelling, and FLT assistance.
