Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards.
- Assign duties and monitor team performance.
- Train and support housekeeping staff.
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel standards.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within 5* luxury hotels.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Efficiency and time management skills.
