Responsibilities

• Oversee floor operations during service, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution.


• Monitor table turns, seating flow, and overall guest satisfaction.


• Enforce service standards, sequence of service, and restaurant policies.


• Handle guest concerns professionally, resolving issues before escalation.


• Lead, motivate, and support the FOH team (waiters, runners, hostesses).


• Conduct pre‑shift briefings and communicate daily priorities.


• Provide on‑the‑job training and coaching to elevate service performance.


• Ensure grooming, hygiene, and conduct standards are maintained.

Operational Control

• Supervise opening and closing procedures.


• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure efficient service.
