As an Openings Trainer, you report to the Openings training manager for your department and Openings operations manager. While being a member of the openings team, you also remain part of the wider training community. You will be a key point of communication between openings, training and the restaurant teams. As our new restaurants take their first step on their Hickory’s journey - you play a vital role in the training and development of our new teams.
